Service Processor Upgrade

HP web site and docs are not very intuitive.

Current Service Processor Version: SP-4.1.0.GA-97
Current HP 3PAR OS Version: 3.1.2.422

I am running my base install that goes back to Oct 13 when those units were installed. What is my upgrade path?

The upgrade path to where ? Where are your array models ?

As you are on 3parOS 3.1.2 HP has to do the upgrade. So they will provide an Actionplan what and when to do.

There have been announcements in relation to future self-service capabilities, but that's still reliant on the next release being one they deem safe for self installation.
