Im looking for a upgrade configuration matrix document. I want to make sure I understand what pre-requistes are required to carry out a On-line Inform upgrade.

Check HP SPOCK (http://www.hp.com/storagespock for the OS compatibility of the version you want to upgrade to.
HP 3PAR will also send you an extensive document for you to fill in BEFORE they will even accept your upgrade request.
