HPE Storage Users Group

After installation and configuration we have problem with snapshots on 3PAR 7200.
When we try to create snapshot of Virtual Volume from Management Console we cannot select Parent Volume.
We have Virtual Copy license installed.
Do I have to change some additional settings in the system in order to create snapshots ?

Does the vv you are trying to snap have a copy space cpg selected? You'll need that in order to snap it
