IMC help not working

Hi,

I just upgraded to IMC 4.5.1, but as in the previous versions, the online help is not working. No matter when or where you click on a "?", you always get "Help topic xxx_xxx_htm not found".

There are a lot of "Help topic xxx_xxx_htm.htm"-files in C:\Program Files (x86)\3PAR\inform_mgmt_console\help\InFormMC\InFormMC_en_US\InFormMC\help_content\webhelp\content

Does anybody know what's wrong here??

I've never used the help in the imc, but have y tried the obvious and removed it, rebooted and then installed it again?

Sure, and prior to rebooting I checked if there are any strange things in %path% or any remaining folders in Program Files (x86), but that did not help. On a secondy system I have the same thing - IMC installed in default path, and help not working at all with the same error.

Solved it myself: The IMC searches in

C:\Program Files (x86)\3PAR\inform_mgmt_console\help\InFormMC\InFormMC_de_DE\...

for the appropriate help file. The problem is that there is not such folder - only english and japanese help files are provided in

C:\Program Files (x86)\3PAR\inform_mgmt_console\help\InFormMC\InFormMC_en_US\...
and
C:\Program Files (x86)\3PAR\inform_mgmt_console\help\InFormMC\InFormMC_ja_JP\...

I simply renamed the ...en_US subfolder to de_DE and can access help now.

I don't. I use standard-settings. To be honest, I don't know where I could toggle any language-settings in IMC. I just use the standard-seetings on a german windows - which makes IMC think it should access language-specific help files that don't exist...
