We have one ss7400 and total 48disks. We create a vv oradata001 and this vv includes 4 LDs. But the LD size is much different. Why this happen. In my opinion, the LD size should be almost same.

You don't need to worry too much about this, but it's to do with the min volume size and the order in which the LD's get created. Your LD's are still balanced correctly across controllers, they just aren't all equally sized per controller.
