3.1.3 release date?

Does anyone have a release date for 3.1.3?
Ive noticed that HP have released a Remote copy user guide for 3.1.3, however i cant find a release date for 3.1.3.
Also noticed that they are still releasing patches for 3.1.2...

It should be available now, but you'll need to contact HP to register for and schedule the upgrade. Patches will continue for 3.1.2 until it eventually goes EOL.

Correct, I was told by my HP team it is out now in "controlled release" which means you need to request it.
