System Reporter 3.1not working

Hello,

Newbie again, We have Sytem Reporter 3.1 and it does not generate a current report. the last one was from May. Is there any good documentation besides the genral HP one that I can trouble shoot with or does anyone have any good troubleshooting steps?

A few gotchas with SR. First use the MySQL DB as recommended int he doc, using SQL is a waste as eventually it will not work. Then follow the SR docs for setup including the exact user IDs and passwords they show. Also CLI needs to be installed and SR needs to be pointed to it and I beleive you have to capture a password export somewhere. The main message here is SR is finicky to set up and needs to be exact. We blew our up and followed the install doc to the letter and it works fine now.

I just found out the IP address changed for our MySQL server. We can I make the changes in Report Server to change the MySql server IP address?

I had to go in regestry. It works now.
