I had a service processor. Unfortunately, a disaster occurred for vm sp and it was lost.
I want to install a new vm sp. What should I do on the 3par 8400 that will have the least side effects?

State the steps to add 3par 8400 to sp?

Just deploy the new SP and connect to the 3PAR. No issues and nothing to worry about.

Only thing to remember is that any potential settings you had done on your SP (notifications, contacts, etc) needs to be recreated. And of course (depending on your 3PAR OS version) choose the right SP version.
