Alletra 9060, 3PAR 8400/8200, SLD

Post by RitonLaBevue »

Hello,

We are facing an issue trying to set SLD configuration between 2 3PAR and 1 Alletra 9060.
There is 1 relation (sync) between 8400 and 8200.

The customer don't want this original relation to be involved in our test so we created 2 more links between 8400 and 8200.

We got this :
8400-8200 - 4 RCFC links, 2 targets (one in production)
8400-9060 - 2 RCFC links, 1 target
8200-9060 - 2 RCFC links, 1 target

Relations are bi-directionnal.

We created a new group between 8400/8200 on the new targets in sync mode.
When trying admitrcopytarget between 8400/9060 in periodic mode we got this message : "Cannot add more target for mixed mode configurations".

when trying to create a new group from 8400 with target 8200 (sync) and 9060 (periodic) we faced this message : "A multi-target group cannot be created in a 1:1 configuration."

I did not set a lot of SLD configurations but I never faced those messages...

Do you have any idea ?
Thank you :)

I don't know very much about the solution.
But I hope the issue will be addressed soon.
