AddStoreServExec - Exception occurred creating object, Error
Posted: Wed Aug 31, 2022 3:41 am
Hello all,
Thanks for all the helpful posts, this is my first time. I noticed one 7400 StoreServ was disconnected in the Service Console, saying invalid credentials. The solution is to remove and readd. I tried with 3parcli and 3paradmin, but fails at registering credentials. This worked on a 7200 3PAR at other site, and as I read this is the practice on certificate renewal, so it should work.
Service Processor Version: 5.0.8.0-28527
3PAR Version: Current 3.2.2.709
compared to the 7200 3PAR these users are missing: 3paredit 3parservice 3pars
7400 cli% showuser

I only have HW support and cannot open a HPE ticket. Any ideas? Or just redeploy a new Service Processor?
Thanks a lot!
Best Regards
