when connected console cable can see black screen only

settings for putty correct and used blue cable

Hello Term,

Looks like you have a node failure. If you have support, give them a call to initiate a node replacement.

You can get HPE "support" on per incident basis. Here is the USA number to call for Out of Warranty support: 877-364-6253. Call and see what is needed to get an estimate.
