Added new disks to V400; wont change from new to normal?

I have a V400 and recently added 32 more FC disks (started with only 32).
- I have created new CPGs and moved all existing LUNs to the new CPGs.
- I have ran tunesys with various options (including example from HP doc)
- I have ran tunepd with various options (including example from HP doc)
I cannot for the life of me figure out how to start utilizing these new disks? They only show up as New in IMC and not normal? I have about every license imaginable so any tools, commands or suggestions are greatly appreciated. What is so basic I am totally missing?!

Yeah, I have read that thread and thus the new CPGs that i migrated all LUNs over to, and trying tunepd and tunesys commands.
I must be missing something obvious I just dont know what it is.... can anyone here whose personally dealt with it explain to me what im missing?
Tunepd determines theres nothing to do, and tunesys tells me there is no other disks to move to. I am guessing because they show new and not normal but i have no idea....

Did you *admit* the new hardware?
admitpd - admit one or all physical disks to enable their use
But technically this *should* be done by HP or your VAR who have had some training

LOL, that would be it!
Thank you for the help, I couldnt find that anywhere... probably because HP is suppose to do it... but I am all alone and on my own here.

Just have to add that I have a recent experience with F400 disk upgrade and neither tunepd or tunesys worked for rebalancing existing data.
Had to create new CPGs and migrate (which is btw tied with dynamic optimalization license, that you dont need to have, as we had not with a backup array). All consulted with a local HP team.

The new 7000 series has an automatic rebalance. No need to do any tuning. I've seen it work when I added two additional disks - within an hour they were all rebalanced.

I wish I had a "Like" button for that. The new 7000s are a step in the right direction regarding software licensing and features.
