Upgrade Matrix

Good Morning

Does HP publish an upgrade matrix so you can tell what upgrade is required next.. The 7400 system I am managing is at the versions below. When I try to apply what I think is the next update it gives an error that there is no update path from where I am to that update.

Only thing I've seen is reading every release notes or contact the upgrade team.

MammaGutt is right, you have to read release notes of OS version you want apply, there are paragraph about requirements.

Can you paste the full output of the showversion command with "-b"
So we can see patches and build and I will try work it out for you.

I'm using infoosight for this purpose. allways tells me what patch is missing...

to not to open new topic. infosight is saying that P76 for my 3.3.1 MU2 is missing but can't find it on Software update and license page. happend to anyone?

P76 has just been released. For now you need to call HPE to have it or wait a few days to get it from software depot.
