how do i go about moving a VV from CPG to another?

You should first check if you have the Dynamic Optimization license.

If you have that then you can right click the VV inside the Inform GUI and select tune Virtual Volume , you can then chose what CPG you want to move it too.

Or you can use the cli command tunevv.
