What is the IP address that is doing this (and you masked out with xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx) ? Is it SSMC? Is it SP? Is it the 3PAR?

I can't remember seeing it before.

What your 3PAR OS version and SP version?

It couls possibly help to remove and re-add the 3PAR on the SP, but I don't see that fixing this.
