Incorrect Persona questions

I have a persona set to 1 - generic and it says in the guide to set it to 8 - Aix Legacy. Can this be changed on the fly? This is on one of our critical DB servers too, so what kind of performance hit are we taking?

I have changed personas on the fly without outage... however, I highly recommend you contact HP to validate what you need to do is supported. Many factors like HBA model and driver version, for example, can make a difference.
