hi all, i'm new to this site, but appreciative that I found it.
We have been having some performance issues on our NL disks ever since we upgraded from 2.3.1MU3 to 3.1.1MU1 several months ago. We use our NL disks quite heavily (constant 75-100 IOPS primarily backup storage), so I understand that we are bumping up against the limits of the 64 NL disks that we have. However, using system reporter, we can clearly see a dramatic increase in service times for VLUN's on those NL disks the day after the firmware update. We don't see a corresponding change in PD times however, nor an overall increase in system IO or bandwidth.
We are currently in a "holding pattern" with engineering waiting on a possible solution, but I am wondering if anyone else has experienced the same?

Is system reporter the only place you see an increase? Do you suspect a real performance hit or are you leaning toward an issue with reporting/stats collection side?
Thanks!
Thanks!

Hi,
did you run a tunesys or another DO task after firmware upgrade? If so, you must check in SP that Flusher Cache Speed is set correctly. It's a bug in 3.1.1MU1

Where is the Flusher Cache set at and what does it need to be set at?
Thanks.
Thanks.
