Any mix-match of the supported drives up to 800 TB is what is supported as a max.
T800 chunklet size is fixed at 256 mb regardless of LUN size. While the hardware may physically be able to hold 1280 2TB drives for a total of 2.5 Petabytes, the operating system's architecture/code/tables/addressing/magic sauce is not certified or supported to manage over that much capacity or amount of chunklets.
That said, The new V-series boxes increased the chunk let size to 1G. Coincidently, 4x the chunklet size yields only 1600 TB (double) max raw capacity.
