and also I think it's not complicated.I wanna just re-install the Inform OS.
You've repeatedly told us this is not complicated, every time you assure us that it's not complicated I wonder why you can't tell us how to do this, because I'd be intrigued to know myself.
Here are your facts:
The "OS" is not available as a download. You can't just go and get a HP 3PAR OS installation CD and boot from it and click "install". Again, this is the wrong hardware for that sort of thing - you could do that on a StoreVirtual (if you had a support agreement).
The OS upgrades that HP does supply, despite being a .iso file, contain a single .rpm inside. If you're familiar with Linux packaging, you'd be aware this isn't something you can just write out to a disk and turn into a bootable OS.
Every single download associated with this software is licensed based on your support agreement - if anyone does find an installer of some kind, it would be a breach of licensing to give it to you.
There is a documented "node recovery" procedure, and it appears that it works by copying from a working node to a broken node. In other words, the official procedure is to obtain a whole new *working* controller and use it to recover the remaining controller. I would strongly suspect that if you had a valid contract, you would be given new hardware as what you have would just be considered bricked.
As I've said earlier that you cannot legitimately purchase these without support, either you have more support than you are aware of, or this is not a legitimate purchase.
