Help with F400

Hi everyone! we recently purchased an F400 with FC tier: 48 x 600GB FC 15k RAID5 (3+1) and 4 Cage and i have some questions to make.

1) which is the best raid config for sql2012 luns?

2) why i cant select RAID 5 7+1 CAGE but yes with MAGAZINE?

3) which is the best raid config for exchange luns?

You don't have enough cages to guarantee that two data blocks or a data and a parity block won't end up in the same cage (btw if you use RAID6 6+2 you CAN select cage with 4 cages because the loss of a single shelf won't result in data loss in that configuration).
