I am running 3PAR Recovery Manager for Exchange 4.5 (RME) in combination with Symantec NetBackup 7.6.0.3. I started a “Backup to Media†job in RME and then realized a few minutes later that I needed to stop the job. So I went into NetBackup and canceled the currently running job successfully. RME is supposed to also cancel the job but it didn’t. Now I have a process running on the 3PAR and there is no way to stop it. I tried using the 3PAR CLI but that shows no active tasks.
Any ideas?
Many thanks...

Re: 3PAR Recovery Manager for Exchange
How do you know you have a process running on your array ?
And what is that process ?
RME only create a snapshot, export it to the host and then backup it.
The right way to stop your backup task would have been to stop if from RME.
Please have a look to documentation.
