Our main driver for using Array snaps over the ESX snaps is the stun time when the snap is deleted... some applications, (Biztalk in our environment) has issues dealing with a 3-8 second stun while the delta files are reconciled.

We don't want to use RDMs either... its sounds like, what we need is our NBU Vmware consolidated backups to work like Veaam does.
