Hi
you have to connect to the mgm port in controller with console user and cmp43pd password.
then you will be able change it

Re: change Storserv Time
chanchon... had this same problem today... about 2 weeks after retiring my old PDCe and standing up the new 2012R2 one. In the SPOCC i was unable to figure out what was going on... since I had no NTP server setup.
I ended up entering the inForm CLI, sending the "showdate" command to check the time on both my nodes, and then "setnet ntp xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx"
where the X's are your IPv4 address obviously. After that, Node 0 syncd correctly, and about 5 minutes later Node 1 had the correct time as well. I'm using a 3PAR 7200 2-Node by the way.

I can confirm that these are the commands I used to config my environment as well. With AD authentication enabled on the Inserv, its important to keep time synced, if you drift to far out of sync with the DC, then you can't us AD authentication any more.

For reference Kerberos tickets have a default max skew of 5 minutes.
