Taking over a 3PAR from another tech

We all have been there where you come in and have to take over equipment that was managed by another tech. Does anyone have a cut sheet or a set of tasks they think would be best practice to run through when taking over a 3PAR from another tech?

Checkhealth seems like an obvious start but what about checking FilePersona, license status and warranty? I have a good idea of how to go forward but having a second set of eyes or a different brain is always welcome.

I don't have a checklist, but an important place to start would be Infosight.hpe.com as it will give you a quick high level view of what is needed on the array. This includes failures, updates, and utilization. Hopefully administration of the online access was also transitioned, but if not, Infosight support can assist with identifying who at your organization is the named admin, and help you recover that if needed.
