I have numerous written statements from HP support stating otherwise.
This just adds to how messed up HP is with 3par. I am so frustrated with support and the mixed messages everyone in HP related to 3par sends. I was told I could have ordered my 7200s without install services. They bought 3par and have taken 2 steps backward for every step forward they take. They have no clue how to run this organization. Their install teams out side of big cites are not good and the install process and planning its awful. My P10000 installs went great, but the 7200 installs are a joke, if my 7200 experience were my first experience with HP and 3par I can assure you I would not have another experience. HP has done a bad job of bring them into the HP ecosystem and is no closer to resolving these issues today than they were 2 years ago. And what makes matter worse is they way they are selling them faster than they can support them.
