Email alerts for hardware failure

My 3par is sending email alerts about hardware failure to HP automatically. But I am not receiving any alerts during oncall which force me to rely on.

Is there any option in 3par to setup email alerts so that I can also receive a copy. I have HP insight control which is configured to send email alert related to EVA to my inbox, but for 3par I need to depends on HP. Its more bothering during oncall period.

These are configured on the service processor with the web browser. There is a notify section where you configure recipients, mail host, etc.

You will want to log into the SP with username 3parcust in order to edit the notify sections. I don't believe 3parvar has access to this area.
