Alternative I would try to reach out to any HPE sales reps or support people you might have been in contact with for this or other arrays. It seems just plain stupid that a support contract is required for you to get the console password for your system as it is required to perform the system wipe and similar things.
Most people don't have an active support contract the day the system is sent to recycling.
