Hi All,
Good Day.
Recently I faced an unusual issue in 3PAR SSMC.
Background - We have a 3PAR SSMC in which we have configured 10 3PAR arrays which were in connected status.
Today when i logged in, it is asking me to login to Administrative console as no 3PAR arrays are configured. All the arrays which are configured are removed from the SSMC.
Can anybody please tell me the cause for this issue.
Regards,
KK

Stupid question but as this is a Windows server ... Have you tried turning it off and on again? Or restarted the SSMC service? Seems like it was unable to locate or read some internal database file.

Hi Mammagut,
Sorry for the stupid question ...
We tried restarting the Storeserve service, but it did not help.
And server reboot requires lot of approval so did not go for that option too.
Finally we added it manually. But I just wanted to know why all went off ...!!

Have you checked the ssmc.log?
on linux it's in /var/opt/hpe/ssmc/data/logs.
It should hold some indication what might have happened (credential update, ...)
