Do Cumulative Region IO density report for each CPG in this AO. This will give you idea if AO is working well.



In the example above we have 3 CPGs:

Green - FC PDs, part of AO
Blue - SSD PDs, part of higher tier AO for Green CPG
Pink - no AO, just plain FC PD

Steeper line mean less data responsible for smaller % of data for most IO.
In your case you should see both 10K and 7K looking similar to a green one - load is spread evenly. SSD should be steep.
