Hey guys,

When I first started working with this hardware I found a Youtube that showed how to physically unlatch a disk from a 7200 and replace it. Now I can't find it.

I had an HP tech onsite replacing a failed disk and he's called me advising he doesn't know how to remove it.

Anyone got this link handy?

Hi,

Many thanks, that would do it. No wonder I couldn't find it elsewhere..

I emailed your link to the "certified 3PAR technician" and it appeared to resolve his issue.
