I think we cracked it. 7400 in a 600mm x 1200mm rack with no interference of cables when servicing a power supply. All that was required was one of my team to create a bracket that allowed the PDUs to be mounted 90 degrees from the normal.

He modified the spare bracket which is supplied with the APC power rail. I will get some pictures of the original and the modified tomorrow. |

This modification has enabled us to install a 7400 in a 600mm wide rack with no interference from power cords when replacing PDUs
