HI I am trying to create virtual copy or snapshot on 3PAR. Right click on the volume and select Create Virtual Copy but when i try to select Parent Volume this field is empty. Any reason for that |

You need to assign Copy CPG to parent volume (i.e in what CPG you will be putting data used by snapshot) |
