Hi I have for quite some time been looking for a VSP for a 3par 7200 solution, that was able to run on hyper-V. The Solution must be supported. Version 4.2 should now be aviailable, i have heard. And according to the following document it now supports Hyper-V, mentioned in the introduction of the document. http://www.google.dk/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=& ... GE&cad=rja So far so good. But where can i download the software? HP Support site, refers me to HP Software depot, but it is not here? Anyone experienced the same og have an idea to where i can find this. Last time i should download software it was the same. Unbelievable. Regards Mr. T |

AFAIK It's part of the 3.1.3 controlled release, as such you should reach out to your HP account team who will be able to provide links to a copy. |

Okay - and this release is quite new, Right? No where to download public? The HP contacts I am having are useless. |

Yes 3.1.3 firmware is new and currently in controlled release with the VSP being part of that release, hence why it isn't public. AFAIK the Hyper-V VSP doesn't have a dependency on 3.1.3, but you still need to source through an official channel to ensure you receive the correct support should you have problems. That's the whole point of a controlled release, snagging / support issues are bottomed out well before the general public are let loose on the release |
