Hi, i would appreciate if anyone could inform me where the "call home" function is setup in the SP. We have been informed that our F400 has not called home for some time and I would like to check the config to see why this isn't working?

What OS level? There is a bug in 3.1.2 where the SP will stop calling home, reboot the SP will fix it and there is a patch to fix it permanently.

Do you know how to log into your SP with a web browser, I believe the interface is called SPOCC, Service Processor Onsite Customer Care.

Support -> SP Control Menu -> Reboot SP
