Hi Everyone
I've been doing some acceptance testing on a V400 and switched off a power phase in the rack. This generates a lot of alerts for disk shelf PSU's that experience a power outage,
I get 5 e-mail alerts and in the footer of the e-mail I see:
"This machine has generated more than 5 events of this type in the last 240 minutes.
Further notifications of type 'evt_comp_state_change;COMP_STATE;PS1' are being suppressed in order to limit notifications to 5 in a running window of 240 minutes."
I'd like the internal teams to receive an alert for each failure so my question is "Is there a way of changing the default number of e-mails sent within the 240 min time window from 5 to a different value - say 50 for example?" Is there a parameter that can be changed to amend the threshold at which it starts to suppress e-mail alerts?
