Hi, Is it possible to change, in a 3Par remote copy config, the trasport layer from FC to IP without reconfigure RC group?

This isn't configured on RC group level, but on RC target. This cannot be changed in an active configuration.

What you can do is create a new RC target between the 3PARs, create a new RC group on that RC target, dismiss VVs one at a time from the RC group using the -keepsnap option and admit it to the new RC group.

Using the -keepsnap will prevent the need for a full resync of the volume when moving it between RC groups.
