Hi folks,

now i got my 3par 8200 working with FC, but i got a couple of problems so i got a new ISCSI Interfaces for my 3PAR, my question is, can i have my FC port to my FC SAN and mapping VVols to a couple of servers in FC, and other VVols in ISCSI to a different farm??

Thanks!

yes.

but you cannot present one vvol on both FC and iSCSI(to the same or different hosts). If you are able to do so, expect the data to get corrupted faster than you can say "woops".

This is how 3PAR OS works, so 7k, 8k, 9k, 10k and 20k is all the same when it comes to this.
