Hi Team, Do you think it's a good idea to buy 8200 with ssd at present moment? It's quite old equipment by release day, but eol not announced yet (or I didn't find) What do you think, dear community? Appreciate any answer. Thank you. |

I would say it depends. If you wants cheap and small, the 8200 is still good and will at least live for 5 years after end of sale. If you want performance with dedupe and compression I would look at the Primera or a bigger 8k system. |

Hi, we have for sale brand new 8450 under HW warranty till 08/2020. Of course, warranty and support can be extended. Price is just $11,000 |

I recommend comparing the features and price of the next generation Primera 600 series against the older 8000 systems. The 600 series Primera aligns with and eclipses the 3PAR 8000 product line. Much like what the 8000 system did to the 7000 system. |
