Hi. Can anybody help me with an answer, I search through the forum, but didn't find any answer. We have the following 3PAR configuration: - 3PAR 7400 with 2 nodes - 6 shelves/cages - each full with HDD's(24/) If we want to upgrade with another shelve, what is the procedure? We need to buy another controller with 2 nodes so he can manage the rest of the shelves that we will buy, or it is ok the one that we have now. Thanks in advance. |

2-node 7400 can support 10 cages (including node cage) for a total of 240 drives. So you just need a drive cage and disks. The entire 7000 series is in end of life, so the available upgrade options could be limited. |
