Hi, I have an issue with my one of the PD that show that disk is degraded, The weird thing is when I am checking from management console I see that on the same disk position there is another disk that the state of the disk is normal, When I am looking in the front of 3PAR I can see that state of all 24 disks is normal (all of disks blinking with green light). In total I have 24 PD FC over 2 cages. I would like to know what I am missing? Do I have really disk fault and replace the disk ASAP or its false alarm and how should I clear it? Attached print screen from the system and output from CLI. LAV-3PAR cli% showpd -failed -degraded -Size(MB)-- ----Ports---- Id CagePos Type RPM State Total Free A B Capacity(GB) 23 1:11:0? Do showpd -i I'm pretty sure there was a replacement at one point that didn't remove the old pd id on exit. |
