3PAR E200 resetting IP/Passowrd

I would like to know if anyone has experience in resetting an 3PAR array. We got an array from a vendor without neither IP nor password and seeking assistance to reset the array. Thank you in advance for any hint/guide on how to proceed.

Sherlock Services, if your one and only post is to advertise professional services, I would suggest being transparent about that.

Pojen, there's a few difficulties here. The short answer is you will need to use a console cable, and follow the menu prompts for an OOB procedure. The console itself is password protected however.

You will also require a Service Processor VM to actually manage the 3PAR, and you will need a valid support contract to download that.
