Yes 16TB is still the limit in 3.2.2 I think. You can go up to 64TB in 3.3.1 I believe but if using Dedupe or Compression think it's still limited to 16TB.

A second VV should be okay, we've not run exchange on site for a while so can't remember how flexible it is about multiple drives, we had to stitch a couple of VVs together for one dumb app that could only reference a single drive letter (gladly got rid of that app too ;) ).

If my memory serves me right, Exchange prefers multiple smaller volumes.

Also, 3.2.2 GA (or any GA) release is not a place you would want to stay for an extended period of time. I would book an upgrade with 3par-sps@hpe.com and either go for 3.3.1 MU2 if you want larger volumes or 3.2.2 MU6 if you want the most stable version. Both versions should be more stable then what you got.
