Sometime ago when I try to open IMC, it will not open and just IMC first screen comes and it goes. At that time I tried to resolve this issue by uninstalling and reinstalling the IMC and it worked.
Recently again the issue reoccurred and throwing below error if I click on the icon or if I click on the uninstall button too. So am now unable to rectify the issue.

After googling , i got some links where it says to do some registry edit and to rectify the issue. I deleted some entries and then am able to uninstall the IMC, but if I install again and open IMC , it is showing the same error. Restarted the server also which also didn't help. Any one got this error and rectified it.
Our 3PAR 7400 OS version : 3.2.2 MU4
IMC version : 4.7.3
Java also updated to the latest version
Am used to IMC and even SSMC was not installed in the server till now. Now I have installed it as HPE support also not able to rectify the issue as they also suggest to use SSMC than rectifying the IMC issue. Am new to SSMC, so getting used to it only.But now i installed the IMC on another server and there it is working fine. what may be the issue causing this in the main server to throw this error.
