Hello dear all the discs QR496A are at the end of their life, the reference discs HPE 3PAR - hard drive - 1.2 TB - SAS 12Gb/s Mfr Part #: K2P85A are they compatible with HP 3PAR 7200 bays? Thanks |

QR496A are the 900GB drives which are now EOL, but you might be able to still source these via HPE renew QR496AR. K2P85A is the 1.2TB FIPs encrypted drive for the 8000 series so not supported on 7200 and you'd be paying for encryption without being able to use it. E7X49A HPE 3PAR StoreServ M6710 1.2TB 6G SAS 10K SFF(2.5in) Hard Drive is the replacement you'd need for the 7000 series. Hi, it depends on OS version of your 3par 7200 nodes.Review the compatible HDDs that your OS supprt in release notes of your version. |
