Storeserv 7200 - Initialization problems

Hi,
i am new to 3par and when initializing a new storage system got an error, on all disks, saying:
The storage system found an error while checking disk health. Details are listed below.

The following disks are NOT in an acceptable state:
Id CagePos Type -State-- --Detailed_State--
0 0:0:0 FC degraded Invalid_connection

and repeats for all drives.

Does any one have a clue?

Have you done the SAS cabling correctly betwhene the shelfs ?

I know it may sounds weird but i actualy got problems with the drives located in the controller node due to wrong looping on the cables.

If you dont got any data on the system yet you can try and return the system to out of the box.

Logon to the 3PAR using a Serial cable to one of the nodes.
