We have to migrate Windows servers with SAN boot from EVA 6400 to 3PAR V400.
Does anyone have any migration tips?

Thanks in advance.

They have recently added Peer Motion to the Left Hand products... not sure when it is planned for the EVAs but that would be a possible answer, available in the future.

You could try the EMC OpenMigrator LM software for a least dsiruptive approach.

If down time is not an issue, you could boot from a ghost CD, or clonezilla dvd, and "image" your old boot drive over to the new boot drive, change your HBA settings to point to the new lun, mask the old lun off, and re-boot of the new drive. (since you didnt delete the old drive, you can unmask it and reboot from it if need be as a backout plan).

I dont recommend it, but it is possible to use the windows volume manager to convert your C: into a dynamic disk, then mirror it, wait for sync to finish... edit the boot.ini to boot off the new lun first.. then break the mirror and decomission the old lun.

A premium method could be to upgrade your windows systems to use Symantec/Veritas Storage Foundations, and use their volume manager to mirror and migrate the data. Thats about $600 per host, but has some added benefits.
